Welcome to your new home at our RV park! We’re thrilled to have you join our community and look forward to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Here, you’ll find the perfect balance of convenience, affordability, and the peaceful charm of Lake Whitney living.

Park Amenities
We’ve worked hard to create a park that offers both convenience and value:
- Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected with reliable internet access throughout the park.
- Free Water: Enjoy 1,000 gallons of water per month on us! If you go over, it’s just $0.01 per additional gallon.
- Individually Metered – Electric is ~17.7 Cents Per Kilowatt Hour.
- Trash & Septic included. Clean Out on Site, Dumpsters on grounds.
- Level RV Sites: Easy setup and comfortable stays at all our sites.
- Secure Environment: Surveillance and Large perimeter Fences.
- Convenient Location: Close to Lake Whitney, gas stations, restaurants, and shopping.
- Privacy Fences: Currently under construction to enhance your comfort.
- Laundry Facilities: Coming soon to make your stay even more convenient.
- Affordable Rates: All these amenities come at a price that won’t break the bank.
Reserve Site with $150 Security Deposit.
(Upon Move Out: We deduct last months electricity bill and refund you remaining amount).
Park Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please review the following rules:
- Flushing Waste – Only RV Septic Approved Toilet Paper in Septic.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
- Trash Disposal: Use designated dumpsters to keep the park clean.
- Pets: Friendly pets are welcome but must be leashed and cleaned up after.
- Speed Limit: Drive slowly and watch for pedestrians and pets.
- Site Maintenance: Keep your site tidy and free of clutter.
- Respect Others: Be courteous and mindful of your fellow tenants.
